Organize PDF

When you scan multi-page documents or assemble reports, pages often end up out of sequence, upside down, or containing accidental blank duplicates. The Organize PDF tool gives you an interactive visual layout of your entire document so you can drag, drop, rotate, and delete pages directly on your screen.

Once you select your PDF, thumbnail previews of every page are generated right inside your browser. You can click and drag any card to reorder pages, click the rotate button to fix orientation, or click the trash icon to remove unwanted pages. When you're happy with the layout, click save to export your restructured PDF.

1. Select your PDF: Drag and drop your file into the tool.
2. Preview & Reorder: Drag thumbnail cards to rearrange page order, or use the move buttons.
3. Rotate or Delete: Use individual page icons to rotate upside-down pages or remove unwanted pages.
4. Download: Click 'Save & Download PDF' to receive your organized document.

• Correcting Scanned Documents: Flip pages scanned in reverse order or rotate landscape pages right-side up.
• Pruning Pages: Delete unnecessary disclaimer pages, cover sheets, or accidental blanks.
• Combining Content: Add image pages or additional PDFs into your main document and organize everything in one sequence.
• Presentation Handouts: Move important summary slides to the front of a slide packet.

Q: Can I see what each page contains before rearranging?
A: Yes. Every page displays a clear preview card. You can also click 'Zoom Preview' to view any page in full screen.

Q: Are my documents uploaded to a remote server?
A: Most of our tools run directly inside your browser so your documents stay on your device. For complex conversions that need temporary cloud processing, files are handled in temporary memory without permanent server storage.

Q: Does reordering reduce the visual quality or text clarity of my PDF?
A: No. All original text layers, embedded fonts, and high-resolution images are preserved during page restructuring.
