You may upload files to our converters and download the resulting processed files freely. You retain all ownership rights to the original files you upload and the specific converted outputs you generate. We do not claim any copyright or ownership over the content of your documents or images.

5. Prohibited Activities

To maintain a safe and stable environment for all users, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Illegal Content: You may not upload, convert, or process any files that contain child pornography, illegal acts of violence, or any content that violates local, national, or international laws.
  • Malware and Viruses: You may not upload executable files, scripts, viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or any other malicious software intended to damage or hijack the operation of any hardware, software, or telecommunications equipment.
  • Network Abuse: You may not engage in automated scraping, data mining, or the use of robots or spiders to extract data from ConverterForAll. You may not attempt to overwhelm our Vercel infrastructure through Denial of Service (DoS) attacks or submit an unreasonable number of conversion requests via automated scripts.
  • Infringement: You may not use our tools to strip DRM (Digital Rights Management) protections, forge documents, or otherwise infringe upon the intellectual property rights, copyrights, or trademarks of others.
  • Reverse Engineering: You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Website, our proprietary client-side WebAssembly modules, or any related technology.

We reserve the right to immediately block your IP address and restrict your access to the Website if we detect any violation of these prohibited activities.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Website and its original content, features, and functionality—including but not limited to the underlying Next.js codebase, user interface design, logos, educational blog articles, and text—are the exclusive property of ConverterForAll and Kuldeep Bahl.
